Our Athletic Performance Training covers a wide range of programs to meet the needs of any caliber athlete. These programs include Athletic Development & Elite Semi-Private Training (High School, Middle School, and Youth), College Training, Team Training, and Personal Training.
Our certified team of Strength and Conditioning Coaches come together each season to create appropriate strength and conditioning programs for athletes as young as 8 years old up to professional athletes, which can be coached in a large group, small group, or personalized format.
Personal Training allows our highly trained and certified staff to customize the perfect personalized program to help you address your individual goals and needs as an athlete. ACL Return to Sport, Linear Speed Development, Combine Training, weight gain, power, strength, mobility, agility, Vertimax training…you name it and we’ll build it for you. This programs allows for 1 on 1 attention so your training can be adjusted daily. The program also allows for a customized schedule for convenience. Coaches available 7 days a week.

AE’s newest addition to our Athletic Performance Programs. Elite Semi-Private Training gives the athlete the option to train with a coach of their choice. Every athlete that signs up for Elite Semi-Private Training will receive a complimentary evaluation and a customized program tailored to their sport(s) and goals. Along with a custom program, each athlete will work alongside other motivated athletes that will all be coached directly by one of AE’s elite level coaches (6 to 1 ratio). AE has had tremendous success in the past helping College, High School, Club, and Youth teams accomplish their goals by preparing for their seasons the right way. AE can customize a program and schedule that is designed with your team’s needs, goals, and sport in mind.

Our College Program runs during each break of college seasons. We offer a variety of programs to fit every athlete’s needs during their time at home. These programs include offerings during summer break, winter break, and the in between.
Our summer break options include our Summer College Football Program and Summer College Semi-Private Program which is available to any and all college athletes. We also have a Winter College Program for students home for winter break and Semi-Private training options are available year-round. Each will focus on increasing athletic performance and preventing injuries as it relates to each athlete’s age and sport. The program will have a heavy emphasis on speed, power development, and strength. Athletes are encouraged to bring their college program so it can be integrated into our programs.
The summer college football group will run from 545am-715am M-F in the summer (Wednesdays session will be at Austin Prep field). The program is run by Reggie, the Director of our Football Speed Academies and will focus on increasing athletic performance and preventing injuries as it relates to each athletes age and sport. The program will have a heavy emphasis on speed and power development and athletes are encouraged to bring their college program so we can integrate into ours. Cost: $399/month
AE’s College Small Group Training Program allows college athletes the opportunity to work with one of our full-time strength coaches without having to pay the normal rates of Small Group training or Personal Training. With this program, the athlete must come in with their college summer program, from there they can pick one of our full-time coaches to work with in a small group, semi-private setting. The coach will help guide you through your program, add tweaks to the workouts and make sure you are completing everything in a safe and effective manner.
AE offers both College Football and Semi-Private Programs in the winter. Information will be released in November.

Athletic Evolution has carefully developed a number of academies to focus on developing athletes specifically in their sport. Each academy is specifically designed by elite-level coaches with years of experience in their respective areas. Coaches will provide a structured, periodized approach to each individual athlete to reach their goals within sport.
